Hours: The box office at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00PM-5:00PM as well as on show days 2 hours before doors open to the public.

Payment: Toyota Oakdale Theatre is a cashless venue. The box office, main concession and merchandise stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express and Contactless Payments. NO CHECKS OR SECOND PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. A photo ID must be presented at the time of purchase and must match the name on the credit or debit card.

Will Call: If tickets or passes are left for you by a radio station or an artist, they will be left at Will Call. Those tickets will only be available for pick up when gates open, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets or passes are not in Will Call you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact radio stations or the tour for you. Please make sure you have a photo ID when you come to pick up tickets, the ID must match the name given to us on the will call guest list from the radio station/artist. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in Will Call for other guests to pick up.
