Hours: The Main Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On basketball game days, the Welsh-Ryan Arena Box Office opens 75 minutes before the game and remains open until half-time.

Payment: On game days the Box Office accepts cash only. All other days they will accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.

Will Call: Will Call tickets can be picked up beginning 75 minutes prior to the event at the Welsh Ryan Box Office (located in the lobby of the arena). Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.
