Will Call: All Reds tickets purchased through Ticketmaster (reds.com) internet and phone may be picked up anytime at the Great American Ball Park Ticketing Kiosks. Ticketing Kiosks are located at Crosley Terrace (2nd & Joe Nuxhall Way) and Gapper's Alley (north side of the ballpark). The original credit card must be used to obtain your tickets. Reds tickets purchased through other channels and drop-offs may be picked-up at the "paid" will call windows located at the Main Ticket Office at Crosley Terrace. These will call windows open one and half hours prior to scheduled game time. Photo ID is required to pick-up all tickets at will call.
