Payment: The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Checks are accepted 2 weeks prior to event date. Box Office also accepts League of Chicago Theatres gift certificates (Play Money) .

Will Call: It is recommended that Will Call tickets be picked up at least 30-45 minutes prior to the event at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, picture ID and the confirmation number.
