Hours: Citizens House of Blues box office opens 1 (one) hour prior to doors opening on show days and will close approximately 10-15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage.

Payment: Cash - American Currency Only Credit Cards - Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Credit cards must be accompanied by a photo ID (license or passport). We do not accept Apple Pay.

Will Call: Will call opens at the box office 1 hour prior to door time. Customers must bring their valid photo ID, confirmation number, and credit card that was used for purchase to pick up tickets. Names on ID must match the credit card used. You may not pick up tickets for someone else.
