The Warning

The Warning — Daniela (guitar/vocals), Paulina (bass/vocals), and Alejandra (drums/vocals) Villarreal — grew up in Monterrey, Mexico and were introduced to international audiences as young children through viral YouTube videos of them performing Metallica's "Enter Sandman" with technical precision far beyond their ages. That early attention could have defined and limited them as a novelty act, but the sisters had other plans: they spent the following years writing original music, refining their sound, and building a catalog that stands entirely on its own terms.

Their album Queen of the Murder Scene (2018) and follow-up ERROR (2022) demonstrated a band capable of arena rock ambition with the technical execution to back it up. The trio plays every instrument themselves without session musicians or backing tracks, and their live shows reflect that — raw, loud, and genuinely impressive in a way that silences any remaining skepticism.
