Entheos formed in Los Angeles around 2014, emerging from the fertile technical metal scene that has long called Southern California home. Fronted by Chaney Crabb, whose dynamic vocal range spans from controlled melodic lines to extreme metal vocal techniques, the band writes music that sits at the intersection of technical death metal, progressive metal, and djent — demanding enough to satisfy genre purists while accessible enough that listeners who arrive through the tour headliner often leave as converts. Their debut album The Infinite Nothing (2016) established their sound clearly; subsequent releases have refined and expanded it. Touring alongside JINJER gives Entheos a stage commensurate with their growing reputation.
